This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Tesyl s.r.o. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from customers of the website ("Site") and e-shop www.tesyl.com. This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Tesyl s.r.o.

Personal identification information

We may collect personal identification information from customers through various methods, including, but not limited to, when customers visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Customers may be asked for the following data, as appropriate, their name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Customers may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Customers only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Customers can always refuse to supply personal identification information, however this may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

The website operator stores all the personal information provided by individuals and legal persons who made a purchase at www.tesyl.com (further in the text they are referred to as customer) to perform and confirm the sales contract conditions enclosed by the consumer and the seller through the e-shop. The purpose of collecting and storing the personal data is to process the electronic orders, deliver the goods, invoice the payment, and for the purpose of convenient communication between the contracted parties for the 10 year period.

The website operator does not give out customer's personal information to third parties. Our subcontractors and carriers only receive the necessary information needed to successfully complete the orders.

Personal information of our customers is handled in accordance with the law provision no. 428/2002 Z. z. about personal data protection as amended in later regulations. By completing an order on our e-shop at www.tesyl.com our customers confirm that they willingly and consciously provided their personal data to the website operator. They agree to have their information processed by the operator in our registry given that it is not contrary with legal regulations. Customers also agree that the data are made available to third parties and state institutions under certain conditions established by legal regulations.

Customers agree to have their data processed by an intermediary delegated by the website operator.

The website operator is empowered to verify the provided information about the customer's credit card at the competent call-centre of the bank or company that issued the credit card.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you confirm your acceptance of this policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

Summary

We do not provide or give out any personal identification data for the purpose of direct marketing without your consent. • To issue the invoice in accordance with law 222/2004 Statute about value added tax, paragraph 71 section 2 letter. b).
• Delivery of goods and initial identification and verification of the buyer or authorized person before handing over the paid goods

• Registry of people registered via e-shop
• Registry of orders and sales contracts to handle possible warranty claims
• To send e-mails with the buyer's approval about current offers and with commercial information

We handle the personal data in accordance with the no. 428/2002 Zb. Law governing the personal data protection.

The operator is obligated to delete the personal data of a customer upon his/her wish and written request even without stating the reasons why.
